We ship from the USA. Domestic shipments (shipping to the USA) have never had any issues.


Our members report to us if there are issues with international shipments. Please note that when you order internationally you order at your own risk. We will pay for the product and the postage, but it is your responsibility to know your local laws and whether the product will make it through your country's Customs Authority. Customs is entitled to open, examine, or stop any package if it considers this appropriate
Do you ship to my country?
  DIY Flavor Shack Inc. prides itself in being able to provide our product to the world. There are some restrictions that to apply to specific countries due to import laws. If you are currently ordering from Canada we cannot ship any product that contains nicotine. Please take not of this when placing your order.

What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.  If you are local to Las Vegas you can choose to pick your order up in the store.  Just select pick up during check out and you will not be charged for shipping.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping times are 24-72 business hours after your order has been processed. This does not include Holiday's or Weekend's. First class shipping can only be applied to orders under $20.00 and are shipped at the risk of the purchaser. We do not recommend selecting first class shipping for orders that contain any glass. First class packages are shipped in a lightly padded yellow envelope. Some products on the website have additional shipping charges and are noted in the description. This includes but is not limited to DIY Kits and 1000ml bottles.

Priority shipping is available and the only option for shipping orders $20.00 or more. The shipping times are 2-3 business days after the post office has received your package.

If you are military and have an address that is located on a military installation...select the priority mail option for $5.99.

DIY Flavor Shack Inc. provides products to individuals all over the world. If you reside outside of the United States are do not have a military APO/FPO address you must select the International Shipping Option. Larger order must select the $42 dollar option while orders that are small enough to fit in a small flat rate box can be shipped via the $24 dollar option.
