I have tried caramel after caramel, and never been impressed. Most have tasted nothing like it. other flavors have tasted like scotch tape, or licking a letter, or old sweaty sock, but no this. This one tastes like rich sweet caramel. It is that taste you are looking for. Mixes well obviously. Replace that other brand of caramel in your favorite recipes and clones, and take that juice to the next level. You wont regret it. DIYFS nailed it as usual

Just Perfect.  No need to steep, though it helps blend it with any other flavors.  This is a wonderful caramel.
