How do I return an item?

Our Policy is the E-Liquids are to taste so Please Be careful when purchasing your flavors as there is NO RETURN OR REFUND ON FLAVORS.

All Hardware (except Atomizers) has a 14 Day Refund. You must send back the Original Product with the Packaging in Good Shape and a New One will be sent out to you, Provided we find that the Product has not been Altered in any way.
(This Does Not Apply to Atomizers) There is a DOA Return and 14 days Return Policy on Atomizers as We all know these Parts are very hard to Warranty.

We do make it a point to send out the best Product Available.

We will not be responsible for any atomizers used in conjunction with Flavors as we cannot control how they are used and as many things can go wrong with Atomizers.
